Capacity management:
Efficiently manages resources, in order to reduce it risk through continuous monitoring
• capability is that the most output that a service or configuration item will handle
• consider resources needed to the deliver service and plans for short business, medium business, and long-term business requirements
• you’ll know: business capability management(BCM), service capacity management(SCM), component capacity management
It service continuity management:
Assure that service provider can we always provide minimum agreed service levels
• it can be thought of disaster recovery
•The risk analysis, business impact analysis and planning for recovery in disaster
• service provider can strategize towards prevention, restoration, or a combination of both
It security management:
Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization’s assets, info, data, and services
• develops the knowledge security policy, however doesn’t enforce it
• process: control, plan, implement, evaluate, maintain, report
• know: risk, threat, and vulnerability
Supplier management:
Ensures all contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business and that suppliers meet their contractual commitments

• maintains the suppliers and contract database (scd)
